His experience spans acquisition, integration, restructuring, start-ups, and major organizational transformations.

Mark is a dynamic entrepreneur who launched his career at the age of 26 after leaving Meespierson Intertrust Isle of Man, where he mastered the intricacies of law, accountancy, international tax planning, and corporate structuring.
Mark is Chairman of multiple corporations covering a broad spectrum of industries. From his association in holding a direct license with the Tobique Gaming Commission to leading a world 8-ball pool tour promotion company, his leadership is far-reaching. Among Mark’s notable achievements, include orchestrating the acquisition and subsequent sale of the financial institution “Oonex” to Equals PLC.
His portfolio is a testament to his versatility, which includes a private equity firm, to a metaverse, and a thriving healthcare group. Over 600 individuals are part of his expansive network, working across multiple industries, making his team capable of understanding and commercialising almost any venture.
